SOCIAL HOUR!
Not interested in golfing but worried about having FOMO? We're now offering "Social Hour" tickets for those who'd like to join in celebratory food and drinks after all golfers have finished their rounds. Social Hour ticket holders can join at Heron Lakes Golf
Course at 2pm. Tickets are $25 and include lunch, access to a cash bar, and all proceeds benefit Friends of Alameda. Register here.

Please plan to arrive early! Arriving early gives you time to check in, grab breakfast, hit a few range balls (included in your registration), check out the raffle packages, and grab your golf cart.
Food, Drinks & Refreshments

Breakfast & Open Bar: The Heron Lakes clubhouse will have breakfast options and a full bar open for purchase before and during the round.

Alameda Kegs: We will have kegs stationed out on the patio! Donations are welcomed, with a suggested $5 per pint going straight to Friends of Alameda.

Post-Round Lunch Buffet: Included in your registration! Stick around immediately following your 18 holes for a lunch buffet, awards presentation, and the live raffle drawing.

Rules & Live Scoring

Scramble Rules: Attached to this email is a quick 1-page PDF rules guide. Remember: scramble format means zero score pressure! Everyone hits off the tee, and you always play from the team's best shot. Please note: To keep competition fair and simple, we are playing with no mulligans.

Scoring: Each team will receive an official paper scorecard at the course. We will also be using the Squabbit app for real-time live leaderboards! Download the app ahead of time to track how your team compares on the course.
GOLF:
If the last time you swung a club was at a windmill on a mini-golf course, this event is for you. We aren't looking for the next Tiger Woods; we’re looking for parents and neighbors who want to support Alameda Elementary while enjoying a beautiful day outside.

In a scramble, everyone on your team hits a shot, but you only play from the best one. If you whiff it, shank it, or hit it into the pond? No big deal! You just pick up your ball and move it to where your teammate hit a better one. No pressure, no embarrassment.
WHY:
This event brings together over 100 local parents, homeowners, and community leaders for a day of fun and fundraising. 100% of the proceeds will directly fund essential student programs at Alameda Elementary School that go beyond the basic budget, Including vibrant art programs, hands-on STEM resources, music instruments, and field trips.
