Auction Access for Everyone
As always, this year’s event will feature both a Live Auction at the gala and a Silent Auction online, so everyone can take part—whether you're there in your deck shoes or bidding from the couch.

This annual auction is one of our most important fundraisers, directly supporting classroom enrichment, student programs, teacher support, and initiatives that help ensure every Alameda student has what they need to succeed.

Volunteer Opportunities
It takes a crew to bring this event to life! We’re currently looking for volunteers in the following areas:

Procurement – Secure auction items, sponsorships, and donations

Event Team – Assist with planning and coordinating event details

Software Team – Support auction platform setup and management

Event Day Help – Assist with setup, décor, registration, and logistics

Post-Auction Support – Help wrap up, distribute items, and follow up​

Doante an item/experience that people can bid on! Contribute gift cards, merchandise, services, experiences, or sponsorships to help make our auction a success. Every donation directly supports Alameda students.

Know someone with a vacation home to share? Tickets to a sporting event or concert? A professional service to offer — photography, landscaping, tutoring, fitness training, or catering? Popular items also include weekend getaways, themed gift baskets, kids’ camps, artwork, restaurant certificates, and unique experiences.
